PERI products are available through our authorized global distributors, and our official head office sales.

How do I verify if my PERI cue is authentic?

All genuine PERI cues feature a unique serial number engraved on the cue sticks. You can verify authenticity by contacting our official dealer with the serial number, or by checking code on the official PERI Website's Verification Page. Please purchase only through our official channels.

What is PERI’s warranty policy for products?

To ensure your order is complete and in perfect condition, we kindly ask that you record an unboxing video within 3 days of receiving your package. This will help us verify the quantity, appearance, and quality of your items. Should you discover any issues, please contact our sales team immediately. Warranty Policy: We provide free repair service for any manufacturing defects within 3 months of purchase. Repairs for issues occurring after 3 months will be subject to a service fee.

Can I customize cues?

Yes, we offer customization services! We provide OEM manufacturing, and also can create exclusive custom models for distributors. For customization solutions and delivery lead times, please consult our sales team.

How do I maintain my PERI cue to extend its lifespan?

Clean the shaft monthly with a cue-specific cleaner and microfiber cloth to remove chalk residue. Apply a thin layer of cue wax/conditioner to the butt and shaft to protect the finish. Store the cue in a hard case, away from extreme temperature/humidity (avoid direct sunlight or car trunks). Replace the tip every 1–3 months (depending on usage) to maintain optimal tip performance. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the cue finish.

How long will it take to receive my PERI pool cue after placing an order?

For in-stock items, we will confirm shipment within two days upon receiving payment. The actual delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and your location. For custom orders, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible after confirming the delivery lead time based on specific customization details.
